SOUNDWARE: Synth Patches: DUNE CM. Polysynths.

'Analog Polysynths'. New Patch Collection for Synapse Audio DUNE CM.

This is my collection of big, fat analog polysynth patches for DUNE CM. This is now the fourth collection of DUNE CM* patches adding to D-Mix-One, Motorik City and Widescreen Pads and Soundscapes

Patches inspired by the analog polysynths of the seventies including Yamaha CS80, Roland Jupiter 8 and Sequential Prophet 5.

*DUNE CM is a software synthesizer available on the cover mount DVD of all copies of Computer Music magazine. Not quite exactly freeware but you can get it and a host of other VST plug in instruments and effects for the price of the magazine (around £6).

No demo track as yet, but you can download them from the link below to check out.

SOUNDWARE: Synth Patches. Dimitry Sches THORN CM. Analog Solos

32 Solo Synth Patches for Dimitry Sches/Computer Music ThornCM software synthesizer.

I've added another collection of 32 patches for Dmitry Sches' ThornCM wavetable synthesizer adding to 'T-Mix-One' general patch collection. ThornCM is available on the cover mount DVD of every copy of Computer Music magazine and is more than worth the cost of the magazine alone (you also get a complete suite of software instruments and effects. As we speak I think it's approaching 100 plug ins.)

So lots of fat, sizzling, and cutting leads from the analog age. At some point I might get around to writing a demo for the, but in the meantime the download link is available below for you to check them out.

Don't know if these patches will work with the full version of Thorn. These use only the two oscillators of ThornCM, but you can ry them if you own the full version.

SOUNDWARE: Ghost Machine January 2020: Yamaha RX5.

Ghost Machines: Yamaha RX-5 Samples, Resamples, Redrum and RitMix Kits Now Available.

This month's ghost machine is the Yamaha RX-5. All the samples from the machine, once considered among the mightiest of all drum machines. Plus kits for Reason REDRUM and Soundbridge's RitMix.

Be sure to check out the 'resamples' folder with squashed, pumped up, filtered, bitcrushed and EQ'd versions of the original samples.

Great for artists looking for 'eighties revisionist' samples and kits. The 'Eighties Goth Kits' are great for anyone looking to re-create big sounding 'gothic masterpieces' a la 'Sisters of Mercy', etc.

SOUNDWARE: 'Fender Agenda' Rhodes Stage 88 Mk2 Samples/Patches for Reason NN-XT

Fender Agenda. Rhodes Stage 88 Mk2 Samples and Patches for Reason NN-XT.

The Fender Agenda samples and patches are now available to download for Reason NN-XT.

Check out the demo video above. Drums on the demo are from my 'Drum Mechanics' acoustic drum library.kits also for NN-XT.

A classic Rhodes Stage 88 Mk2 sampled in detailed. Every 4th note has been sampled with 4 velocity levels for a truly realistic and expressive experience.
Several patches have been developed for NN-XT with alternative and sweeping filters and velocity 'feels'.

Electric pianos are great for experimenting with effects so be sure to be creative with any effects you may have including chorus, phasing, flanging, distortion, delay, etc.
